I had a couture yarn store in the early 1980s. I hand knit this and have had it stored since. The yarns alone in this piece would be very expensive today. The yarn in its day was over $25/ball and there are roughly 15 balls of yarn in this.
The color is the things along with the cloud intarsia shapes. Anny Blatt is known for the amazing colors. Knit on size 3 and 5 needles by hand. Intarsia and popcorns.
Suggest dry cleaning.
