Delightful green thumb for gardening in a biker short!

Made in USA from recycled plastics and printed. The company is woman owned. 

The materials are made of recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets. We use a no-water dyeing process that cuts down on waste. We take every scrap of material that passes through our shop and turn it into something of use and beauty.

Length should never be a reason for not loving your YD! We offer all our US and Canadian customers a free hemming service, whether their leggings were purchased from our website or through one of our retail partners.

We recommend that our customers make sure they are otherwise happy with fit and fabrication before requesting that we hem their leggings, as once hemmed our leggings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in case of defect.

We offer as standard 32" and 28" options for our leggings. If you would like us to hem to a non-standard length you can ship yours to the address below and include a note telling us how many inches you'd like us to remove. You'll receive back a perfect hem in the exact same style as the originals. We do not charge our customers a service fee or for the cost of return shipping within the US or Canada.

Great candidates for hemming are customers who find their crops coming up a bit loose at the ankle. This means your crops are a bit too long for your height, and we recommend getting them hemmed. This is most common among our more petite customers, 5'2" and shorter. Our crops are designed to end a few inches above the ankle as demonstrated by our lovely model Ellette (above, 5'6"). If you find your crops are hitting you farther down at the ankle, hemming is for you. Just find the area of the leg where your crops are most comfortably fitted and tell us how many inches to cut off. Otherwise our crops come at a standard 21.5" inseam across all sizes.


We recommend you send your leggings by tracked mail to ensure they don't go missing en route. We also ask that you drop us a line at cs@yogademocracy.com so we know they're on their way!
